PSA wins High Court challenge over Long Service Leave entitlements

The South Australian Public Service Association has won its appeal to the High Court over public sector entitlements. The negotiated entitlements for workers with 15 years or more of service were reduced by an Act of Parliament in 2010. The PSA went to the High Court when the IRC and Supreme Courts both ruled they did not have the jurisdiction to make orders. Peter Christopher has more:
