SA’s Forests sold down the river

This week SA Tresurer Jack Snelling annouced the sale of three forward timber rotations in the state’s south-east. The buyer is a consortium lead by the Campbell Group, which represents investors including the Australian Government’s Future Fund.

The CFMEU’s Greater Green Triangle District Secretary Brad Coates joined us on the line from Mount Gambier to discuss the issues faces forestry in South Australia and what the union plans to do about the latest news.
